I've been wanting to do this for a long time and eventually I've plucked up the courage to start this year.
My blog is going to be about my passion for crafting and my life, I hope you will join me in this new adventure (please stick with me at the beginning as this is new for me and I will probably make several errors... LOL).
Well I should probably start by introducing myself first....
My name is Laney I have been crafting for as long as I can remember, when I was little I would cut out pictures from the newspapers/magazines and stick them in my scrapbooks. At school my lessons included woodwork, metalwork, art and tech-drawing (not the usual lessons for a girl).
However, I left school and went working in the financial marketing not the creative industry you would expect! I continued my passion for all things creative as a way to relax and de-stress from a busy day in the office.
I decided last year to take my passion to the next level and opened my own online craft supply business. This has been a bit of a struggle but it will be worth will it in the end, during the course of building my business I have had the support of my family and friends. I have also met some amazing people who have offered help and support to get dream off the ground and running.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for time and patience they have invested in me.
