Well I've decided to take the plunge and start a bullet journal.
I've tried various types of diaries in the past and failed miserably. I start off with good intentions and by the time it gets to the third month I'm bored of it...
I have decided not to put mine in a book format - so if I get fed up with the style its easy to change (just start a new page).
When I was a manager I used a diary everyday to track day to day tasks. So rather than doing a fancy bullet journal like these..
Don't get me wrong I love these kind of spreads but at the moment I just want to do the minimalist spreads to see if I will keep it up.
So I got one of my new A4 binders and grid and lined paper nothing fancy.
I started on the 4th August, so far I'm enjoying tracking the things I do throughout the day. I'm also tracking my health and sleep to see if there is any pattern. I can then go and see my specialist and talk through the results.
I will keep you guys informed all the way through how its progressing...
